The apartments (ground or first floor) come fully furnished (including a sofa bed in the living room).
Every apartment has the option of a rental contract if required. There are 2 options on offer:
• Guaranteed rental of 4.350 € per year or
• “A pool” which has no guarantee but is expected to return a minimum of 5.800 € per year.
With either option, you have the opportunity to use your apartment for up to 30 days per year.
